Join me on my journey to create a productive, bountiful, food forest in Auckland New Zealand. Welive on one third of an acre (1400m2) in the suburbs. We used to have border gardens and lush lawns that took about an hour to mow, with a few fruit trees dotted about. Then I discovered forest gardens and embarked on a project to transform our mainly ornamental garden into an abundant food forest that is overflowing with produce. I am learning about permaculture systems to integrate in, as well as intensive four season vegetable beds.
